Berry Blender Protein Pancakes

A simple, protein-forward pancake made with whole ingredients and blended in minutes. Naturally sweet from fruit with a touch of maple syrup, rich in fibre, and designed to support energy, satiety, and an easy morning routine.


INGREDIENTS (Serves ~3)

  • 1 cup egg whites

  • 1 cup strawberries or blueberries or 1 banana

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats, glyphosate-free (sprouted when possible)

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional for taste)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Pinch of salt


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease.

  4. Pour batter into pancakes.

  5. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
