The Recipe
Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein
1 scoop collagen
1 scoop creatine
1 tbsp tahini
1 Medjool date
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ banana (fresh or frozen)
1/8 tsp Celtic salt (or sea salt, not table salt)
