I’m a passionate holistic nutritionist who focuses on helping people restore their metabolic health through structured, layered, and supportive nutrition.
At the centre of my work is one simple belief:
The body doesn’t respond well to force.
It responds to support.
When we give the body the right conditions: nourishment, structure, and consistency - it becomes remarkably capable of healing and adapting.

Over time, I began noticing a pattern.
Intelligent, motivated people doing everything “right”…
working out consistently, trying to eat well, following the latest advice, and still feeling frustrated.
Energy that fluctuates.
Body composition that won’t shift.
Digestion that feels unpredictable.
Hormones that suddenly feel different than they used to.
It rarely came down to a lack of discipline.
More often, it came down to a lack of physiological stability.
That realization became the foundation of The Wellness Reset™.
This framework was built through observation, ongoing study, and a deep respect for how the body actually adapts when it’s supported instead of pushed.
Because the body isn’t broken.
It’s often simply overlooked at the foundational level.
Why I Work This Way
Metabolic health is layered.
And everything in the body is connected.
Digestion influences hormones.
Minerals influence stress resilience.
Blood sugar stability influences cravings, mood, and energy.
Sleep influences nearly every system we rely on.
When these systems are supported strategically and progressively, change becomes steady and sustainable.

My approach is food-first, protein-forward, and grounded in physiology before aesthetics.

How I Work With Clients
Clients can begin independently with Module 1 of The Wellness Reset™ Blueprint, or they can move directly into Guided Mentorship.
Every mentorship client begins with the Wellness Reset Index™, a structured assessment designed to identify priority areas and guide progression through the framework.
When appropriate, lab interpretation is integrated to provide deeper insight, always within the context of strong foundational support.
Because advanced strategies work best when the basics are already in place.
