This option is designed for current and past clients who want to continue working together beyond their reset or program, without committing to a long package upfront. Think of this as continued guidance with flexibility, so we can keep building, refining, and supporting your health in real life. Who This Is For Health Coaching is ideal if you: Have completed a reset or program with me Want continued accountability and guidance Are still working toward body composition, hormone, digestion, or energy goals Feel better, but want to keep the momentum going Appreciate structure, check-ins, and expert eyes on your progress Want support that adapts as your life, schedule, or goals shift This is for continuation, not starting from scratch. How It Works We continue exactly where we left off. Each 4-week coaching block allows us to: Refine nutrition and habits Adjust macros, portions, or food structure as needed Support hormones, blood sugar, digestion, and recovery Layer in new habits without overwhelm Navigate travel, stress, plateaus, or busy seasons You’re not guessing, you’re supported.
