Overnight Super Oats

For a grab-and-go breakfast or a midday treat.

Makes 1


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of organic whole grain gluten-free rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 2/3 cup nut milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt (optional)

  • 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)

  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen (optional)


Instructions

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.

If making multiple little pots, mix each one at a time to prevent clumping.


In the morning, you can add whatever your heart desires. We like organic blueberries and walnuts. Or any fruit and a scoop of almond butter.
