Healthy Snickerdoodles

A clean and versatile alternative. For when you need a little bit of something.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/8 tsp baking soda

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (not melted)

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon for sprinkling


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except the cinnamon.

Make 8 balls using wet hands or a small, wet cookie scoop.

Place cookie balls on a parchment paper/baking sheet.

Use a wet fork to flatten the balls, and poke a row of holes on the top.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes so they stick together. They come out quite soft at first.
