Chia Seed Energy Crackers

Crunchy goodness that's good for you


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 clove crushed garlic

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or everything bagel seasoning

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 1/4 cups of water


Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix all the ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes for the chia seeds to soak up the water.

Using a spatula, spread the mixture onto the baking sheet.

Divide the mixture into 12 sections. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven, flip the crackers over, and bake for another 25 minutes.

Once golden and crispy, you know they're ready.
