A cozy, protein-forward oatmeal bowl for mornings when you want something warm, simple, and satisfying. This gives you the structure of overnight oats: oats, protein, berries, and fibre... but in a warm, creamy version.

Ingredients
Serves 1
¼ cup rolled oats, Glyphosate free, GF
½ cup milk, or nut milk of choice
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or more depending on taste preference)
¼–½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Cinnamon, to taste
1 tbsp hemp hearts, if tolerated
Optional: small drizzle of maple syrup or natural sweetener of choice
Instructions
Add the oats, milk of choice, blueberries, and cinnamon to a small pot.
Cook over low-medium heat for 4–6 minutes, stirring often, until the oats soften and the blueberries begin to warm down.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the Greek yogurt after cooking. This keeps the texture creamy and prevents the yogurt from separating.
Taste and add a small drizzle of maple syrup or your preferred sweetener, if needed.
Top with hemp hearts if using.

Notes
This is a great option for mornings when you didn’t prep anything, but still want something balanced and warm. Keep the portion moderate so it feels good in your digestion.
I sometimes like to add ½ an apple peeled + diced to the oats while they cook for extra goodness.
Why I Love This
It’s warm, comforting, and still structured.
You get protein from the milk (if using) and Greek yogurt, fibre from the oats and blueberries, and healthy fats with hemp hearts. Simple, balanced, and easy to make in under 10 minutes.
